Hi, I've been using CS for less than a year and I haven't had a cold or flu since starting. Used to get at least 4 colds a year and flu 3 and 4 times one right after the other and 5 or 6 times a year. Get sore throats often still but they disappear after a day or two of diligent use of CS. Probably wouldn't get them at all if I were more constant in my use of cs. I usually take it only when I feel something coming on - headaches, earaches - well, the least bit of discomfort of any kind, really.

That`s how I knew I needed new batteries!! When the batteries are fresh and the wires scrubbed off, I don`t get sick. Period! I love this stuff!!!
