Here is a graphic tutorial based on the original instructions from Brooks Bradley for the Brooks Bradley Colloidal Silver Oxygen Nebulizer. http://www.silvermedicine.org/airbrushoxygennebulizer.html Brooks' original instructions with original commentary may be viewed at the above address. I have used an ultrasonic humidifier, a quality nebulizer, and the oxygen nebulizer. The prior two don't compare against the oxygen nebulizer, although these days I save the O2 nebulizer for very tough conditions, as one does need to purchase oxygen to use it. That said, I would never be without it. I am forever greatful to Brooks et al for making this idea available.
