Hi Ya'all, I down loaded and printed the "hole" thing, (waste of paper), but there were two good sections "before 1938" and "after 1938", and the bibiography is nice, but it is no tied to any part of the report. When I was working in the engineering universe we would say that "the janitor" wrote this one.
