I am trying to make some CS using the three batteries and I didn't use the one drop of salt-water. It has been running for almost an hour and still looks the same. No ribbon, no bubbles on the neg rod, no nothing. Looks like it not doing anything. Is that normal? I thought you were supposed to see a ribbon.
