Hi...........thanks for the suggestion.........I've been there and done that
too........this may sound stupid but I absoultely cannot stay on that
diet.........I've tried about 5 times......I literally start shaking and I
just can't take it...........diets like that are impossible for me to stay
on......I get sicker........I wish I knew why......if I did know why I'd
probably have the answer to the rest of all my problems too.........Robb
