I’d like to ask you a few questions about your
center’s work in this area.

Have you arrived to an explanation of why treating
diabetes is better approached with a higher saturated
fat consumption?

Have you observed anything that would support
metabolic type difference theory? Did some test
subjects handle better lower fat/protein, higher carb
diets?

Could you be more specific about amounts of fat one
should aim at when trying to improve one’s diabetes?
