Mary Anna,  Glucosamine does work , but it takes time.  It seems like the
body needs to saturate itself.  When I first started taking it it was 2
months before I got any relief and that was only that I could rest for 10
minutes and go on.  I started taking 2 1000mg caps 3 times a day and when I
finished the bottle I was pain free.  Now I take Yucca which helps the body
make cortisone for  the joints.  This beats having your knee replaced.  
Also it helps to take Knox geletion with the glucosamine.  Tom

is having terrible knee pain; he needs a knee replacement but the physician
will wait till he is in his 60's so that the replacement will last his
lifetime…..Nevertheless, he need help……He is taking Glucosamine Chondritin
and Celebrex arthritis medication…..Nothing really helps!…….Outside of CS, I
am wondering about something to rub the knee with…….Any and all help
