Probably not as dioxin comes from the final bleaching process of the
wood pulp and DMSO is a byproduct produced before that.

I believe that all DMSO is sold as a solvent in order to get around FDA
restrictions.
I wouldn't hesitate..don't hesitate..to suck up oxygen from my welding
tanks. It's gotta be purer than city air.
I do try to remember to turn the acetylene off though.
