Yes, at times there is a lot of technical stuff that is way beyond me, I just skip it and look forward to finding another gem of info that will start me off looking into something else and in general I have gained SO MUCH useful info from this site, obviously on CS but also on so many other things, supplements etc etc etc and I am very grateful to all who contribute and share their knowledge and expertise, thank you, don't stop sharing knowledge.
