The plot is really getting thick.  There is much more going on than is
obvious.

No, my first thought was maybe Seasilver, for whatever reason, WANTS to be a

test-case, as they were clearly warned and there's very big bucks involved.
So far, it just does not make sense, especially to the 400+ laid-off
employees. A publicity stunt?  Puzzling.  This geographic area is also home
to some major players in pharms and gene research. jr
