Dr. Sinatra MD, a cardiologist advocates high doses of CoQ10 for congestive heart failure. I believe he recommends over 325mg per day, maybe more for an accute case. He also says that the gel type is absorbed many times better than the dry powder type because it is oil soluable. I have chewed up dry capsusles with fish oil (maybe flax oil would taste better)... hey, it will give you something to do.
