Good news is that it's now a mere industrial solvent available to anyone
[in the USA] without interference from anyone.
 If DMSO was an FDA approved prescription drug, it would cost over $100 a
pint in the end.

 If I could drink paint and cure a headache, I'd go to Home Depot for
medicine over the drug store any day.

 Gasoline stove fuel...$4 a gallon
 Lighter fluid....$32 a gallon in 2 oz bottles
 Adhesive remover... in 2 oz bottles   +/- $60 a gallon?
 All are Naptha

 "approval" is expensive.
