Marshall, The Terminator solved my prostate problems! I tend to be acidic and when not careful get small burns from the Terminator. When I maintain a slight alkaline system does not seem to happen. I sleep with it on the bottom of my foot. I put on an old sock and slip it in against the bottom of my foot. I also wear it a lot during the day. Glued a piece of velcro to the back and made some elastics with velcro to secure the Terminator to my arms, legs stomach etc. any place I want to wear it. Does not seem to matter where I wear it. It works! What a relief to sleep through the night again, and go hours without that painful urgency. I have and continue to recommend this unit to many, many people. Why, because it works for me. Maybe not for everyone, but sure works for me.
