Believe me, your immune system is working all the time. If your in contact
with other people or you may forget to wash your hands, whatever, your
immunity will kick on high gear. We are bombarded with so much crap
everyday-it's (immune system) getting a good work. Remember, if you've got a
strong immune system you probably won't get the cold/flu anyway.

I used to be one of those people who I'd stand next to someone sick and low
and behold, I got it! But... CS isn't the single answer (some may
disagree). It should be used in conjunction with other methods such as the
ones Nenah recommended. I changed some of my diet, sleep 6-8 hours a night
and started other supplements (and of course CS) and my life changed. I'm
proud to say I haven't been really sick in YEARS.

Good luck ,
Mag
