If u eat out, how will u know if the shells have been washed?

I'll take my CS. I had salmonella once before CS... picked up in a restaurant. Nasty.

But, u can also take it after the fact and it works.

It is the egg shells that are the source of salmonella. Just wash the eggs first then you have nothing to worry about.
Check out the usda web site to confirm this.
