I know what salmonella is like up close and personal after my wife had a near hospitalization from it 6 years ago, so I know the signs to look for.
I've eaten raw organic eggs from time to time. I notice an almost immediate nasal passage drying effect, sometimes to the point of discomfort. Has anyone else had this effect?
