In math, when you "round off" decimals you would write 99.85 (for example)
as 99.9 But, 99.84 would be rounded off to 99.8
Rounding off is not used for accuracy, however. I found this link for

I don't think 99.9 can be "technically" 99.85 at anytime in math.
Maybe in other stuff.
