Hi, Mike! There is another phenomena to be considered in enhancing the setup of CS generator - magnetic agitation.
A magnetic stirrer will alter the trajectories of both positively- charged and negatively-charged particles in the liquid. This is above and beyond the rotomechanical mixing induced by the spinner in the vessel. Would this be beneficial, detrimental, or a matter of a trade-off? Governing laws are: 1. Lorentz' Force Law, and 2. Maxwell's First Equation (Faraday's Law of Induction.) The use of a magnetic spinner has been cautioned against. Is it because it is noticeably harmful - or just not fully understood yet? Best regards, Matthew
