There is another phenomena to
be considered in enhancing the
setup of CS generator - magnetic
agitation.

A magnetic stirrer will alter the
trajectories of both positively-
charged and negatively-charged
particles in the liquid. This is
above and beyond the 
rotomechanical mixing induced
by the spinner in the vessel.
Would this be beneficial,
detrimental, or a matter of a
trade-off?

Governing laws are:
1. Lorentz' Force Law, and
2. Maxwell's First Equation
(Faraday's Law of Induction.)

The use of a magnetic spinner
has been cautioned against.
Is it because it is noticeably
harmful - or just not fully
understood yet?
