Try a mouthful of strong CS with a few dropper fulls of DMSO in it. Hold it in the mouth as long as possible (eg: 5 minutes). Do this as frequently as possible for a few days.
It tastes like crap! but it gets into the teeth and gums. It may work for the root canal. Got rid of my pyorrhea and gingivitis...
