Yeah Deb, works for me. I take hi strength garlic caps daily and the war-department strongly objects if I don't use the chlorophyll.
I started with liquid, but found the capsules very convenient. I just reordered from Puritans Pride http://www.puritan.com/ They have a 5 for 2 sale going on.
