The 1919 classic The Use Of Colloids In Health And Disease by Albert Searle mentions on page 95 the problem of abscessed teeth. Colloidal silver is not mentioned as being effective, but colloidal manganese is. If I were facing this problem, I might try tetrasilver tetroxide, too, but not swallow it.
