I appear to be the one who opened this topic yet have not elaborated to clear my name. If Mike will allow, I wish a moment to explain from my experience and point of view which did NOT include religion, spiritualism, mysticism, racism, or any other 'off topic' subject. I've found some of my most profound teachers young children. Often they are direct without 'educated?' prejudices. Regardless of one's age I find an absolutely EQUAL exchange with ALL people --- when I look for it. I am human, I miss things --- in this case that there would be a misunderstanding about Indigo children - who have nothing to do with any religion or egoic belief systems. I've observed and worked with some of these professionally psychologically tested globally gifted children - some who could not even write a sentence without a talking computer - - but were operating double+ (university level) their chronological age in conceptual thoughts and science/physics comprehension. As I spend a decade in this arena I just ass-umed (...and it made an ass out of me) others were familiar with this educational challenge. I've taught classes to children in an independent private gifted and public schools to enhance thinking across the right and left hemispheres of the brain and assist children with sports, writing, art and speaking in front of their class. These new children (different names on different continents) of the 21st century are NOT limited to a geographical region, culture, race, blended races, colour or social-economic level and are found on ALL continents. These children do not tolerate prejudice well and innately resist racism. Little can be put over on them. Thank goodness their wisdom beyond often beyond the biases of some of their elders, cultures, or environmental circumstances. Consciousness at their level has nothing to do with duality --- 'higher or lower', 'better or worse' --- and is mixed with compassion, often empathy, and even an expression of love for another beyond their years. I wish to be clear that I do not subscribe to racism, nor is this a religious or mystical topic from my experience. I believe these children will be some of the brilliant chemists, etc. of the future and hopefully will assist leading us beyond the mire of our power $$$ weighted political/pharma/environmental challenges. I hold out hope they will bump up into the public realm the use of valid products like CS to the position of truth which it rightfully deserves. I strongly suspect we will see CS used as a body balance mechanism in quantum levels of reality in the future - not just the physical level of reality and the children will lead that thrust with scientific validation. At those levels, the power of CS is/will be different, just as the 5x or 10x is in homeopathics. I believe life is an completely equal struggle for all and achievement for each of us - however that looks. Some are 'stars' at theatre, or music, or math, or sports, whatever. I'm not any of those, but that does not make anyone of us less. Even the savant shines when they have gaps in other aspects of comprehension. Not higher or lower - just different brilliance and consciousness that contributes to the fabric and beauty of life. I hope this sufficiently explains my posture. I intended no offence nor stepping beyond the guidelines of this chat line. If this is not acceptable I will with draw from this chat line to discontinue offending anyone. Finally, I want to say I have enjoyed the 'humour' that it has brought out in people... I enjoy a good laugh too. My cells roll in a harmonic rhythm when I chuckle. It helps circulation. I like the feeling it stimulates in the gut and the brain. Christine P.S. For parents of young children, you might be surprised with what they do know. Home schoolers sometimes have a greater sense of this. This has to be done on the kid's time schedule - not yours! Make it safe for them to share. Go easy. It takes time (days) to develop trust if you have not been open to this potential. Engage in pretend imaginary games to develop trust. With an open and genuine heart without curtailment to your knowledge level, ask them 'What do you see when someone takes CS? MSM? Vit. C?' or NaNa's medication or on the ouchie on their pet's paw? Water that is loving? Water that is yucky. Bottled? Tap? Run-off? Some see with microscopic detail. (20/20 is a prevailing blindness) Give them permission to see beyond your scope of knowledge. If they say ah nothing... Try gentle suggestions 'Just pretending, like in a make believe game, if they could see, what do they think they would see?' Go real easy. Build trust. Sometimes over days depending on your previous profile. Do they want to draw it? What does it look like in a picture?' If one allows all answers to be right, and looks in books (National Geographic, medical or physics or astronomy, or at the library) one might be awed when they say 'That's what I mean, that's what I saw' but it was kinda like .... Wait, watch over days, weeks, and keep your heart open to insights. When I have worked with children who have been hurt on the play ground or stung by a bee they can move the 'uckie' with their mind, and bring in the good guys - CS, whatever, and have the 'ouchie' go away - in a short time. They are often limited by our beliefs... teachers, TV, and peers. They do that because they love us, and do not want to offend or hurt us. In my experience their age and size has little to do with their ability to comprehend and integrate information if we don't impose our limiting beliefs. Most kids are much brighter than we give them credit for.
