CS>Severe gum infection WITH lots of metal

Hi folks,
Seeking additional concise experience from anyone who has successfully 
treated  severe deep gum infection in a mouth still half full of metal.....
All alum has already been removed - but as most of you know - all sorts of 
things are in the other compounds - "gold" under crowns, "pins" in jawbones.
A recent (5 months ago) Root canal seems to be a main cause - it was 
removed a week ago and displayed resident infection.

CS is being used currently with H202 "accelerant"  without a great deal 
of  apparent effect.
