Their "patent" is virtually worthless in my opinion. The problem for any
patent holder is to enforce the patent. Their patent is virtually
un-enforceable.

For example, if you simply replaced the propeller in the tank with a
magnetic stirring bar you have negated their claims. I am not a patent
attorney, but that is my understanding. Stirring a process tank is not
patentable, it has been done for 100 years or more.

You can get the patent from the US Patent Office once you have the number.
You should be able to request the patent number from the company.

Their patent does not cover the HVAC cone method, nor could it due to "prior
art".
