Silver citrate is still ionic silver, the anion being citrate. WaterOZ ionic
silver is silver citrate.

Silver citrate forms silver chloride when combined with chloride in the
stomach the same as any solution containing silver cations. Any water
soluble silver salt such as silver nitrate will behave the same way.
