:-)
None of this takes much time really - I leave for work at 7am and get home
at 7pm, but I do get the weekends off (first job I've had that does!).
Household chores and detoxing are done at weekends.
I do a simple Chi Gong that takes only 20 minutes most evenings, the
rebounding I do while watching the morning news on TV before cycling to the
railway station, and in the evening again usually while watching TV. I
usually hit the sack 30 minutes or so before my wife, and do some meditation
then, or maybe listen to a tape or do a mind-machine session.
I spend 3-4 hours travelling a day, so reading is done on the train.
Also, I persuaded a wonderful American woman to come and marry me and live
with me in London. Karin has been a huge support - we both follow a similar
routine, which helps.

If I ever feel reluctant to do any of this I just remember how awful I felt
a year ago, and how much better I feel now...
Of course, being human, sometimes I have a crappy day and don't do any of
the things I'm supposed to, but I usually regret it.
