We've been using soap to brush our teeth for the last 3-4 months and my husband, who has very sensitive teeth and has had to use sensitive toothpaste for several years, is finding, to his surprise, that the sensitivity is definitely decreasing using just the soap.And possibly his teeth are a bit tighter in the gums.
