I don't think we really have it nailed down yet. I believe that just a drop
or two for 4 ounces works fine, and that could still be a lot more than is
really needed. If you add too much it makes it really taste bad, and will
upset your stomach.

If you add 1 drop per 4 oz. then for 5 gallons (640 oz), that would be 160
drops, or about 2 teaspoons.

But I am not convinced that adding it then storing it is as good as adding a
drop or two to a glass of EIS and then drinking it about 2 minutes later.
We need more data.
