Have you seen this link, Debbie? http://www.noamalgam.com I bought this book and it's pretty thorough about diagnosing and treating mercury toxicity. Along with DMPS or DMSA, Cutler counts ALA as an important piece of a ***proper*** chelation protocol. You're reaction is proof that it's effective, I guess.
