Dear Mike, Thanks for the fast subscription and the introduction letter, which I understand fully, particularly about the 'do's and don't's'. I must confess though that I am not at all an experienced internet user, so if I send something the wrong way or do something else technically speaking wrong, please be patient with me, but I am a quick learner, perhaps that helps!
Here is also my introduction to post to the other members of the Silverlist: Hello people! As a new member of the Silverlist I would like to introduce myself: My name is Erna Nieuwmans, living in the Netherlands, 50 years old, married to Han who is retired and 65 years old. We live in the eastern part of Holland, near the German border, in our own wood, together with a riding horse (a sweet mare, with whom I ride in the country side), her playful companion pony and a friendly watchdog (...!). The reason I am interested in colloidal silver is because I like us te be as independent as possible from for instance water, electricity and gassuppliers and last but not least: the chemical/medical industry! That's why we for instance are changing our heating system to heating our house by a proper woodstove (instead of using ever getting more expensive gas) and besides, we got the logs outside our doorstep! Another basic way to be independent for us is our own watersupply, so we drilled a well next to our house. The only problem is: how to get this water sufficiently purified, before it can be safely consumed? That's where the colloidal silver comes in! And I hope that some of you have experience with this kind of use of CS. Luckily the wellwater is only contaminated with too high quantities of iron and it's too acid, but still it's no good for drinkingwater at this moment, nor is it good for the waterpipes in the house. So that's my first interest: In what way can we upgrade this well water by making use of CS? And generally speaking I am very much interested in water and it's purification. So the discussion of today, about water, I found very interesting indeed. My second main interest concerning CS is: How can I give CS to my horse and pony, although they don't have any ailments, but just as a precaution and to keep them fit and their body clean in a natural way? I read somewhere that a horse should have something like 6 drops per 10 kg bodyweight, but this means I have to give my horse about 350 drops per day (if I counted it well, she weights 550 kg.)! Does anyone has experience with giving horses (and ponies) CS on a daily basis, for instance 1 teacup in their drinking through? My third interest concerning CS is: has anyone experience with curing so called dry eyes with CS? It means that my eyes (funnily enough my horse has exactly the same problem!) dry out too quickly, as probably they don't produce enough moist. So for instance a grit in my eye is really painful, sometimes for days, as it doesn't wash away easily. I do have an eyegel from my GP but I hope my eyes can be restored or cured, hopefully by CS. I bought a bottle of CS, but this is just to experiment a bit for myself, because soon I will buy the equipment to make my own CS. Although I don't have to be convinced any more that CS works, I just need experience with this great gift of Mother Earth and hope that you Silverpeople will kindly share your experiences and knowledge with me! Looking forward to communicate with you all and with best regards, Erna
