  If you  are talking about Frank Key's Mesosilver, the  20ppm product
  has an ion content of 3.9ppm:

  Mesosilver 20 ppm
  Ionic Concentration: 3.9 ppm

  The 75ppm  product  used  in Frank's lab  reports  is  not available
  commercially. He  does  not include it in the  Product  Reports, and
  there seems to be no available information on it's ion content.
