Ode has written here several times that there seems to be a special
"lift" to drinking fresh CS. I am trying to do both, I make and store
for various uses, but am now experimenting with drinking (I always swish
and hold it under my tongue for as long as I can before swallowing) some
fresh CS nearly every day. It just isn't as convenient to make it daily,
but small batches brew fast, even without using any of a previous batch.
I never "seed" my CS.
