It stops indigestion for me, virtually all the time. I do remember once
or twice in my 3 years of CS use that I took a swallow and thought it
caused some discomfort in the stomach, but can't remember if that was
because of when I took it or what. It was also such an extremely rare
occurrence it could have been purely coincidental.
Nancy is your friend taking CS on an empty stomach? I have seen that
recommended, but I take mine whenever I think of it.
