I routinely use CS in the eye straight. Just
put a few drops in the corner of each eye, open,
roll and dab. Might sting a little, but is very
refreshing. Haven't had a stye in many years,
but it does wonders for children's pink eye and
any kind of eye irritation. Best wishes. pj
