What is the difference between CS and EIS?

Most people call Electrically Isolated Silver 'CS'.
The words were coined to get around all the confunsion surrounding the very loose use of the term Colloidal Silver that allowed chemical compounds of silver to be included.
EIS is a more specific description for a certian type of "CS" that is generally both an ionic solution and a colloidal suspension of silver [and nothing else], made electrolytically.
Pure silver in distilled water [PSIW?]
