So I made a batch of CS last night. It was the first time I'd "seeded".
What I got after a two hour brew time with my two-nines set up was a
definite yellow color. I didn't care for the looks of it so I added a
few drops of H2O2, which made it quite cloudy.
So now I have this nasty, cloudy yellow batch that I am not comfortable
drinking and will put it in the cleaning bottle. What did I do wrong,
and how do I prevent it in the future?
Thanks for letting me pick yer brains!
