Or just look at the dispenser/medicine cup? If the silver isn't coming out in the mist, the cup would get heavy plating with the silver left behind (I think). The cup to mine has been used dozens and dozens of times over the past couple years, and though it has a little dark staining, there is just no plating out of silver in it that I can see. I rinse it with hot water between uses and let it air dry.

I believe the compressor type nebulizers work just fine. There is no
filter except for incoming air that The compressor type nebulizer is really similar to the air brush system from Harbor Freight where CS was misted deep into the lungs. I bought an Omron Elite and asked the salesman if it would mist CS. He said that quite a few of their Omron Elite sales was for misting CS. Also it seems to do well for animals. I was thinking of trying to capture the mist, condense it, and test it for CS. I use a mixture of CS, DMSO,Xylitol, MSM, and GSE. I could try just CS and see if the mist contains CS. Good idea.
