Katheleee, If you just type in "colloidal silver", "ionic silver", "silver maker" or things like that into any search engine, you should come up with any number of designs to make your own fow under 30 dollars. There are also some inexpensive premade types like Silver Puppy, SOTA instruments, etc.
I don't have links, but I'm sure someone else has many.
