Bruce Lipton is one of my heroes. I have his book and 3 videos. I recommend
the last one, "Nature, Nurture & the Power of Love: Conscious Parenting" "The
Biology of Belief" is a little more technical and does not focus on the
parenting although it does show us how our thoughts affect our body.
