Not sure what they are selling, but it is certainly not CS. It is likely silver salts, such as silver cirtrate, or silver bound to a protein, often called mild silver protein, or MSP. Both of which can easily cause argyria, and neither of which is as effective as good EIS in the 5-20 ppm range.
