I would think that if you drink one or two cups of coffee a day but load up
on the CMO, couldn't see it making a difference either. But then again. What
each person consumes throughout the day varies as well.

I have seen that warning since I took it. I did not avoid caffeine when
I took my round of CM:O a few years ago, and it worked fine anyway.
