Hi debbiegerard99, Wont hurt to da that. A good way to get CMO into the system is with DMSO you mix about 9 capsules and 3/4 ounce of DMSO and shake real good to mix it then add about 1/4 ounce of water makes about one ounce of special stuff. Then you put a few drops on the skin and rub it around a bit and let it soak in. the dmso will carry the CMO all over the body. there is a medical doctor that discoverd this and cured himself of Arthritis with this formula.
