To turn Receipts Off - You will see a Tab called 'Tools' Click on 'Tools' You will then see more Tab Menus Look for the word 'Options' Click on 'Options' On the Options page, you will see more Tabs Look for the word 'Receipts' Click on 'Receipts' There you will find the different choices. UNCHECK 'Request a Read Receipt for All Messages.' I hope that helps.
