Hi Pavel -- DMSO is 'not' a likely cause eczema or allergy.

What you probably are experiencing is a redness-rash that
is caused by the DMSO drying out the skin, which it does often do,
depending on the sensitivity of the skin area on the body,
(and depending on the individual person ... we are all different).

If/when drying of the skin occurs, overcome the problem by applying
a good skin moisturiser, or a suitable oil. I find Emu oil works well.
Other oils that may suit could be pure cold-pressed coconut oil or
olive oil.
