## Copper is well regulated by the body. If you overwhelm that system,
you're in big trouble. How much that takes depends on the individual.
Clue: The body uses copper in microgram amounts, refuses to take up too
much and dumps the leftovers. Copper is almost everywhere in food and
water in sufficient amounts and is about the least element one needs to
supplement.
If your system is working right, you can eat copper bars and the blood
level probably won't go up. If it isn't, you're likely to already have
toxicity problems.
If it's working TOO well, probably nothing short of an injection will up
the levels. [or possibly inhalation]
From what I understand [rightly or not] Selenium takes care of dumping,
mettallo transport proteins take care of absorption rates.
In the case of silver, there is probably no molecular key in those
proteins that says how much how fast, but there is one for copper. Since
silver is not a micro-nutrient, it has no niche to over do and isn't toxic.
I'd say: [off the top of the head]
Colloidal Copper will be very safe for most people...but *can be* deadly
or disastrous to a few.
Whether or not it will actually *do* anything is questionable.
..take it slow. Observe carefully.
Google a lot. 'Copper + toxin' 'Copper+ collagen' 'copper + toxicity' etc
Copper may help build skin collagen if those transport proteins are
'under' that skin.
Copper sensitive people who swim in pools treated with copper have been
known to absorb too much and go whacky, but in many places people swim in
old quarries where the water is literally green with it.
The main negative effect is neurological. Look for numbness, paralysis,
mood changes...the ability to think and concentrate and so on.
