Take a bow, Dan. Thanks for your effort. Thanks to everyone else who also complained. Dan sent me copies of correspondence he received from Comcast, and it appears the tech support person he was dealing with submitted the IP address to the blacklist removal address with some kind of override instruction to *force* it to remove the address despite it being in the permanent ban file. As Dan implies, the fix may only last until the *next* time we trip their system. <sigh> Be well, Mike D.
