Hi, Marshalee, I shouldn't be surprised if that is part of my trouble, too, have tightness in entire right side of my ab. Three surguries in that area. Also, I have spent years bending over in my garden instead of getting down on my hands and knees. Would notice a similar pain after being in the garden, but now it is sharper and there much of the time unless I use an antacid which I have been trying to get away from. Ruth

I have pain in my ribs on occasion; I think it is an adhesion from the
surgery.
