Well I had excellent luck getting my old dog to go up and down stairs
by changing to a raw meat and bones diet. To get that source
naturally just feed raw chicken bones(Never cooked) it was around a
month after the diet switch that my dog who I had to put a towel
around her abdomen to hold her rear up so she could go down stairs
before started acting like a puppy again and running up and down
stairs on her own. Bought her a couple extra years of life too.
