Frank Key has contributed to this list a great deal, and it's a pity
the archives aren't working so you could check this. Bottom line on
Frank's comments in past: the EIS generators discussed on this list
produce a product that works. He has stated this unambiguously, and if
still with the list, will do so again I am sure. EIS consists mainly
of ionic but has particles as well. These are what one sees with a
laser.
