Hi Scott, I know that there is some evidence to suggest that something like leaky gut syndrome can cause extreme fatigue. One answer to this is to take good probiotics (i.e. Ones that can survive stomach acid) like re-balanced Probiotics Plus which Mercola supplies. I found these very good and Mercola reckons that most people over forty would benefit from these. I found they re balanced my entire system and I lost that awful tiredness. I also take alpha lipoic acid and l-carnetine which regenerate cells and vitamins. I found the CS to be excellent for things like mouth abscesses etc., and I think if you mixed it with something like a nine to one (nine CS and one DMSO) mix and rinse it round the mouth and hold it for as long as possible and then rinse out, this would help too.
